LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your appt. Arriving 15 min after your scheduled appointment time will automatically be considered a no show & cancelled.

DEPOSITS

We require a deposit to reserve an appointment Deposit amounts vary by service type All deposits are non- refundable and go toward your final balance..

CANCELLATIONS

Please give us 48 hours notice if need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours notice will be considered a no show & charged accordingly.
